Job Title:     Manager of Media and Communications

OVERVIEW

This full-time position will be a member of Tourneau|Bucherer's Marketing Team, overseeing social media strategy and supporting the 360-content initiatives and public relations for the Bucherer US brand our brand partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee social media platform management, including content calendar development to post execution
  • Manage community management inquiries and partner with customer service team to ensure timely responses
  • Lead co-op advertising paid social efforts by building strategic digital marketing media plans for national and local markets, with support from digital team and agency
  • Provide support for brand partner annual co-op marketing meetings, with relevant organic and paid social analytics
  • Coordinate and release all paid social assets from brand partners or internal creative to media agencies, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Coordinate paid campaigns by requesting assets from brand partners, uploading them to the agency platform, distributing preview links, and monitoring and reporting on performance
  • Monitor and verify all paid social co-op campaigns to ensure accuracy and proper execution and reporting
  • Coordinate all retail mall social support, including sharing assets with mall partners to promote the Bucherer brand and managing any requested mall social support
  • Lead public relations loaning initiatives for editorial features and celebrity dressing in partnership with the PR agency, including cataloging and reporting placements
  • Partner with the jewelry team on lookbook creation and management to support red carpet, editorial, and VIC loaning
  • Manage all celebrity and VIP dressing including stylist walkthroughs, fittings and jewelry transports
  • Edit global press releases and manage press agency for distribution and follow-up
  • Presentation support and creation for internal and external meetings
  • Research and acquire in-depth knowledge of emerging talent, social trends and paid media tactics
  • Support influencer campaigns and content development as needed
  • Provide key account event support as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Approximately 3-4 years’ experience in social media, public relations or relevant marketing field (agency experience welcomed)
  • Expert knowledge of Paid and Organic Social Media Platforms
  • Experience with press release editing, lookbook creation and celebrity dressing

 

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000
