,Job Title: Hospitality Manager
Reports to: Store Director

OVERVIEW
The Hospitality Manager plays a critical role in anticipating guest needs, fulfilling their requests and ensuring an unforgettable personalized experience for every guest of the store and will partner closely with store management and corporate partners to actively help drive the business.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure an environment of high quality, elevated service is always provided.
• Hire qualified personnel according to standards of luxury beverage service.
• Ensure staff is trained on quality service with a high-level focus on body language, eye contact, and proper verbiage
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff about daily specials, VIP guests and reservations for that day
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of staffing needs
• Prepare schedules and ensure that the retail locations are staffed for all shifts
• Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency; to include inventory control and replenishment procedures.
• Evaluate performance, coordinate scheduling of personnel to provide adequate staffing, instruct employees on policies, procedures, duties and activities; handle disciplinary matters
• Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality.
• Handle customer complaints when necessary.
• Vetting beverage selections with appropriate purveyors and liquor license holders in alignment with corporate partners.
• Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses.
• Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
• Review and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure ATAP certification is completed timely for all Time Machine and Meatpacking employees.
• Assist in researching and conducting comprehensive beverage training for FOH staff
• Work with beverage brands/suppliers to ensure proper training of hospitality team.
• Create and hold accountability to workstation/side work checklist.
• Coordinate food and beverage operations with other departments to ensure efficient and elevated client service
• Performing daily walk-through of all hospitality areas of the establishment to ensure full compliance with brand and company standards.
• Responsible to oversee store hosts, and host usage of crowd control tool.
• Responsible to ensure hosts are properly trained in basic product knowledge relevant to their location in order to engage clients in conversation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience as hospitality manager.
· Sommelier experience preferred.
· Hands-on experience in customer service or sales.
· Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
· Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO).
· Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP).
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving aptitude.
· BSc/BA in hospitality management.
· Must be a hands on interactive manager, willing and able to work with all departments within and outside of hospitality.
· Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
SALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
