Title: After Sales Service Intern- Summer 2025
Reports to: Senior Director of Technology
Division: Director of Retail Business Processes

*Primarly reports to the Long Island City Queens Corporate Office Location

 

OVERVIEW

The After Sales Service intern will assist the After Sales Service team in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze product attribute reporting to identify potential issues.
  • Execute applicable data cleansing of product attributes.
  • Assist in the physical review of straps, accessories, bracelets and links, categorizing each according to standard.
  • Review of service invoices for accuracy and ensure correct general ledger coding.
  •  Assist with the unclaimed customer owned inventory process, performing cycle counts and reviewing the intake and shipment of assets.
  • Key contributions to the parts inventory process, necessary for the company’s upcoming digital transformation. 
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Ability to maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Must be self-motivated and can work autonomously.
  • Basic understanding of business operations.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Analytical problem solver.
  • Detail oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office; strong -Proficiency in excel and access a plus.
  • Passion for solutions-based problem solving. 

 

SALARY RANGE- $16.50 per hour.

Part-time Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office required.

Anticipated to start mid June for an 8- 10 week program.
