Job Title: Expeditor
Reports To: Service Director

OVERVIEW
The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating the administrative movement of client timepieces throughout the service journey, ensuring accurate documentation, secure handling, and efficient workflow. Working closely with the Service team, Store Operations, and corporate service support, this role upholds the highest standards of organization, accuracy, and professionalism. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong systems proficiency, and a commitment to luxury service.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Responsibilities
• Coordinate the administrative movement of client timepieces throughout the service process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely routing between departments and repair facilities.
• Maintain accurate repair records and utilize internal systems to update repair status, workflow documentation, and required administrative information.
• Ensure repair documentation, estimates, approvals, invoices, and related service records are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with established procedures.
• Partner with the Service team, Store Operations, corporate service support, and external repair facilities to support efficient communication and coordination throughout the repair journey.
• Prepare and process incoming and outgoing service shipments while ensuring compliance with established security, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Verify that required administrative documentation and service requirements are complete before repairs are released or transferred.
• Identify workflow discrepancies, documentation issues, or service exceptions and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members to support timely resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while contributing to continuous improvement and an exceptional luxury service experience.
Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling client timepieces and service documentation.
• Follow established procedures, documentation standards, and security protocols while exercising professionalism and discretion.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with Service, Store Operations, and corporate support teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adapting to changing business priorities and supporting a collaborative team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of experience in service administration, inventory coordination, luxury retail, logistics, or a related administrative environment.
• Strong computer proficiency with experience using ERP, CRM, inventory management, or service management systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
