Overview 

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team throughout the recruitment and hiring process. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, candidate coordination, and the overall hiring lifecycle while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

 

Job Responsibilities

•    Assist with posting and maintaining open positions across job boards and recruiting platforms.
•    Review resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates.
•    Support candidate sourcing and outreach for open positions.
•    Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
•    Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, next steps, and required documentation.
•    Assist with reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
•    Support the preparation and organization of offer and new hire documentation.
•    Support Talent Acquisition reporting and special projects as needed.
•    Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 

Qualifications 

•    Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Professional and comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
•    Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and Human Resources.

 

SALARY: $18.00 per hour
