Job Title: Facilities Lead – Rolex Fifth Avenue Flagship
Reports to: Operations Director
Division: Retail
OVERVIEW
The Facilities Lead is a hands-on, multi-skilled Facilities’ professional responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, appearance, and operational readiness of a luxury retail flagship location. This position performs routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs and collaborates Facilities’ support activities to ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer experience.
The Facilities Lead serves as the Flagship’s main liaison between store leadership, vendors, and the Corporate Facilities Director to support daily operations and maintain a first-class environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You should enjoy working with people in a highly customer-focused environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Facilities Lead, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following core responsibilities:
General Maintenance
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work by utilizing work order ticketing platform
- Escort third-party contractors while on-site, including primary oversight of the daily cleaning service
- Perform routine handyman tasks, including minor painting, furniture assembly, fixture installation, and drywall repairs
· Minor electrical repairs troubleshooting
- Address basic plumbing issues, including leaky faucets and clogged drains
- Perform messenger and delivery services when needed.
Facility Upkeep
· Conduct routine facility inspections to identify issues before they result in costly emergencies
· Maintain the overall cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the facility
Logistics & Events
- Support room setups for meetings and special events
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required and/or coordinate with a third party, as necessary
Safety & Compliance
- Monitor facility spaces for safety hazards and report concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and fire safety standards
- Assist with emergency evacuations and related safety protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years of experience in a facilities or maintenance position
· Basic computer skills
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Strong verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills
· Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation Expectation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
