Title: CRM & Product Advisor

Reports to: CRM & Product Manager

Division: Retail

OVERVIEW

The CRM & Product Advisor supports the effective execution of product allocation and CRM processes within the location. The CRM & Product Advisor supports with maintaining high-quality CRM records, assisting the sales team with clienteling activities such as follow-ups and appointment preparation, and promoting consistent CRM usage through best practices and training support. The role supports with the onboarding of new team members, and ensures adherence to established procedures. Additionally, it requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience, as well as contributing to reporting, data tracking, and continuous improvement by identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.              

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Allocation Support

  • Support the execution of product allocation processes.
  • Maintain accurate salesforce information ensuring alignment with sales and CRM data.

 

CRM Execution & Clienteling Support

  • Execute daily CRM activities, ensuring accurate and timely capture of client data, interactions, and preferences.
  • Support the sales team in clienteling efforts, including follow-ups, appointment preparation, and client outreach.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency within CRM systems.
  • Assist in driving CRM adoption by supporting team members in best practices and usage.

 

Training & Operational Support

  • Assist the Manager in delivering CRM training sessions and onboarding new team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for day to day CRM and product related questions within the boutique.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and operational standards.

 

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales associates and store leadership to support seamless client experiences.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate client information for key interactions.

 

Reporting & Administration

  • Support the preparation of CRM and product-related reports.
  • Track key data points and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in luxur retail, CRM, or operational support roles, ideally within luxury.
  • Salesforce and PowerBI experience preferred.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to support boutique operations and events as needed.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate upon experience
